In May 2008 we were appointed as the Construction, Design, & Management Co-ordinator for the internal refurbishment of this iconic world famous building. Within 18 months, the building has been transformed into a stunning state-of-the-art premises. The Designer and Contractor for the works was Claremont Group Interiors, and the West Entrance was designed by ACIES Architect. Apart from the Royal Liver Assurance, Matan International Group was the oldest tenant and we are very proud of the building.
